Thank you Miss Cindy for the amazing experience. I have never been to a head spa before. I must say, I am hooked. Itβs so eloquent and relaxing. The water was perfect temperature and it was a combination of the best hair wash and massage combined. Ask for Miss Cindy, she is amazing!

I took my bff here for her bday. We both for the 55 minute classic massage experience. It was really nice until it came to the drying of the bake part of it. They left my hair fairly damp which I was okay with because it's summer bjt if it had been winter I would not have been happy. Which I know I could say something about it, but I just figured because they aren't s hair salon then I'm probably lucky they dried it as much as they did. I will say though I am curious about some of the things I seen there in the salon and how rey are offered. For example I saw one of those whole body massage chairs, like the kind that your whole body "sinks" into, a hair straightener as well as one of those split end pro tools. But, none of the options list those as part of the packages and there are no other options posted to choose from. So, I don't know if this are extras that you can pay for, just something you have to ask about or what. They didn't seem like they spoke very good English, so I didn't ask. I just think it would be nice to when the prices listed for everything like it is when you go have your nails done at their sister salon. All in all I will say it was a nice experience. Only thing I can "advise" to the next person isdt them know how much pressure to use. My lady wasn't "soft" but I think I would have liked a little more pressure. My friend said that the guy who did her massage had the perfect amount of pressure. But I know that is all personal preference and I will make sure to let them know next time. I also feel like their hair products need to be upgraded. To be a spa and do hair see ices such as washing, conditioning, and apparently some even get a trim, I feel like they need to offer heat protectant, leave in conditioner and better hair brushing techniques. Since, when it came to brushing out my hair I could hear them basically trying to "rip" the dangles out of my naturally wavy and very long hair. When all they needed to do would be spray a little leave in conditioner in my hair, do it in sections and start brushing from the bottom to the top and not top to bottom. I don't expect the same kind of experience as if I went to a hair salon, but also I didn't get this long of bake overnight and I'd rather not have it smashed and broken from doing an experience that's supposed to alleviate stress, not cause more. But, overall I do think the staff were friendly and it's a learning experience. Now I know what to ask for or ask them to not do next time I go.
